Apartments, Boroughbridge Rd, York - Following a request from Persimmon to assist, ILA put together a proposal for the use of timber frame construction as an alternative to the traditional method of construction used by Persimmon York. A trading framework agreement has been formed between Century Homes and Persimmon. To date four apartment projects have been carried out successfully with more coming through.
