Lime Square Apartments, Newcastle - A lightweight steel non-load bearing fast track solution was required for the internal and external walls on this four block, 3-4 storey project. Totty Construction requested the assistance of ILA and we quickly introduced them to Metek Specialist Building Systems. As a result Metek worked with Totty’s and their architechts, overcame difficult design issues and are currently providing supply and fix solutions for both internal and external walls. We also assisted Totty with specialist waterproofing solutions. Working with Alderburgh Solution Led Systems, a specialist supplier of waterproofing, tanking & drainage solutions we came up with answers to difficult problems and as a result Alderburgh are currently providing solutions to the concrete podium and hard landscaped areas.
