At Ian Larnach Associates we are dedicated to Constructing Excellence and the delivery of new Construction Performance Codes. Our intention is to drive forward with the introduction and delivery of innovative solutions, products, systems, standards and new ways of working.

From early involvement with projects we provide a valuable service to both the client and their design team, working as part of the team to overcome specific product related issues. Our ethic is to work hard ensuring that ILA is successful and consider close involvement with projects as a vital ingredient. This will always be a priority on our part.

From involvement with many successful projects we have a proven track record. We now have strong sustainable working relationships within our client base, working closely with designers, engineers, contractors, house builder’s, local authorities and RSL’s, assisting not only in the delivery of new methods of construction but also driving out waste. At ILA we strive to deliver innovation as we strongly believe this is an essential ingredient to continual success and prosperity – for any company, large or small.

Reaching new Code for Sustainable Homes Standards are a major challenge to designers and developers alike. Apart from providing Code Assessment’s It’s our intention to provide clients with a simplistic interpretation of the codes, allowing all involved within the project team to move forward with confidence. We assist clients to raise the standards of performance within the design and planning of schemes to level now that will become the norm in ten years!

To achieve our objectives we network at all levels within the supply chain, covering a vast cross section of specialist products& systems. By working closely with specialist manufacturers (each with their own range of innovative solutions) allows us to offer advice at various stages of the construction cycle. By drawing on the un-tapped wealth of expertise available from our supply chain associates we are able to provide access to resource above and beyond the normal capability of our clients.
