As Sales & Marketing Consultants for Reppel bv we are responsible for the sales development of Lewis Dovetailed Sheet a new acoustic flooring solution to the UK market. ILA were appointed by Reppel bv the Netherlands based manufacturer of Lewis to develop a UK marketing strategy, set up a national stockist/distribution network, appointment of regional specialist installers and secure specifications via architects and contract clients.

As a result Lewis is now recognised as one of the most efficient and cost effective acoustic floor solutions for both new build and renovation sectors of the market with successful projects completed throughout the UK.

Lewis is a light gauge steel profiled sheet that can be fixed directly on top of joists, steelwork or in the case of a conversion project directly on top of the existing timber floors, without in most cases the need to remove ceilings. Used with a 50mm concrete screed, a Lewis composite floor will provide the desired results for both sound transmission and fire protection.
